We’re seeking aligned vendors to help shape the vibrant, artistic atmosphere of the Berkshire Yoga Festival. Whether you offer food, clothing, jewelry, yoga gear, healing arts, or handcrafted goods, we invite you to apply below.


GENERAL INFO

Festival Dates: June 11-14, 2026

Location: Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort in Hancock, MA

Days/Hours: (hours are flexible, some vendors stay open late)

  • Thurs: 12pm - 7pm

  • Friday - Saturday: 9am - 7pm

  • Sunday: 9am-4pm

Number of Vendors:  65-70

Vendor Space: 10’x10’ Space (No Tent Provided)

Load In/Out: Thursday, 6am-12pm & Sunday 4-7pm.

Foot Traffic: Vending is open to the public with 1000+ people Friday-Sunday, Thursday is slightly lighter with around 500-600 expected. Foot traffic includes ticket holders and non-festival goers who are vacationing and living in the Berkshire region.


Vendor/Sponsor Areas

  • Basecamp Courtyard (33 spaces available): This area is the central hub between the main festival entrance and between several classroom spaces.

  • Basecamp Walkway (12 spaces available): This area to the left of the Courtyard is the passage way to large “classrooms: like JJ’s Lodge & Jiminy Peak Pavilion and the chairlift to the summit.

  • Mountainside (27 spaces available): These spaces are located facing the mountain and chairlift behind Crane East & West and adjacent to the Jiminy Peak Pavilion stage.

  • Siesta Lounge (2-4 spaces available): A serene setting next to a babbling brook with high foot traffic near Country Store.


COST TO BE A VENDOR

  • $1,200 for a 10x10’ space in the Basecamp Courtyard Area

  • $1,000 for a 10’x10’ space in the Basecamp Walkway Area

  • $950 for a 10’x10’ space in the Mountainside Area or Siesta Lounge

  • Optional Add-on Rentals: 6 ft Table: $50; Electrical: $50; Set of chairs: $25; 10x10 Tent Rental: $350+

TERMS & COnditions

Security: Vendors are solely responsible for their own belongings. Though Berkshire Yoga Festival may provide security outside business hours for our vendors Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, vendors are still responsible for their own belongings safety.

Processing Credit Cards: The mountain has wifi but we recommend you have data on your phone/tablet for processing credit cards as a back up.

Electricity: Please specify in your application if you will need electricity. A $50 surcharge is added for electricity.

Weather: This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be made due to weather. In the rare case of extreme prolonged rain festival organizer will do their best to relocate vendors to a covered space with a 6 ft table available per vendor.

Your space is not guaranteed until your application is accepted and full payment is received.

Outdoor vendors are required to bring their own 10’x10’ tent.

6’ and 8’ tables + chairs can be rented for $50/table and $25/ set of chairs set up at your booth location.

Outdoor vendors are not allowed to stake into the ground anywhere on the grounds, please bring sandbags, weights (cement) or water jugs/barrels. Securing the tent is the responsibility of the vendor.

Cancellation will result in a $200 cancellation fee. 60 days after purchase, or within 30 days of the festival, fees are non-refundable.

Photo Release: Vendor agrees to allow Berkshire Yoga Festival marketing team to film or take pictures of their booth space, employees, and volunteers during the festival and use them for promotional purposes with no obligation to the vendor.

Liability Insurance: Vendor must maintain a valid liability insurance policy with $1,000,000 minimum coverage naming Dregs of Wisdom, LLC dba Berkshire Yoga Festival as an additional insured. Failure to provide proof of coverage within 30 days of the festival shall result in the release of your booth space without refund.
